1. What is USB version of Pawpass?
All of Pawpass are USB 2.0 device.
2. What is USB 2.0?
USB specification version 2.0 is the next-generation peripheral connection for personal computers. It is intended as an upgrade for USB 1.1. Not only the new standard provides additional bandwidth for multimedia and storage applications but also offers Plug-and-Play capability and full backward compatibility for legacy USB devices.
3. What do I need to use the 2.0 USB devices?
The requirement is similar to that of USB 1.1, but all components will have to be USB 2.0 compliant. Please note that it still works if aUSB 2.0 device is plugged into a USB 1.1 system, but will operate at 1.1 speed.
4. Is Pawpass safe for my pets?
Yes, the design of Pawpass was created with your pet in mind.
5. What are the dimensions of Pawpass?
The Pawpass is light weight and fits pets of all sizes and breeds. The dimensions are: (39mm x 23.1mm)
6. IsPawpass water proof?
No, Pawpass is water resistant of rain and moisture but cannot be submerged into water. (Please remove the Pawpass from your pets before any water activities)
7. How long is Pawpass under warranty?
PawPass comes with a limited 1 year warranty on manufacturers defect.
8. What is your return policy?
You must return your Pawpass within 45 days from the order date and we will refund your purchase price minus shipping and handling.
9 How can I check the status of my order?
All orders are shipping within 7-10 business days. Any questions regarding order status, please email our customer service .
10. May I cancel or adjust my order?
Any adjustments to your order must be submitted through our customer service within 48 hours from time of order.
11. Will my Pawpass work without internet connection?
Yes, you can retrieve and view all medical and contact information stored on your Pawpass but you will need internet access to register your Pawpass and to receive updates through checkyourpaws.com.
12. Should I need notify my Vet that my pets is wearingPawpass?
Yes, to insure your pets records are being updated properly you will need to supply your Vet with one of the Member ID labels inside yourPawpass package. Checkyourpaws.com will also work hand in hand with your Vet office to update and maintain all of your pets medical records. Notifications will be sent directly to your Vet office from checkyourpaws.com upon registration of yourPawpass.
13. What kind of information can I store and save inPawpass?
ThePawpass will store digital files of every format. However, we recommend you store only files sent from or updated through checkyourpaws.com
14. Where can I buy your product in stores?
ThePawpass is currently offered at select Veterinarian offices, grooming shops, and direct through our website at checkyourpaws.com.
15. Do you ship to places outside of United States?
Yes, we will ship anywhere. However, shipping and handling charges may change with orders shipped outside of the U.S.
16. Are you affiliated with any other company?
We do not have any retail affiliations with any other companies at this time; we are an independently owned company.
